Asphalt Paving

Asphalt for driveway paving is an excellent choice and is relatively cheaper than other paving materials like concrete and stone pavers.

NEW PAVING, we remove the old asphalt & haul away debris, then check for soft spots, sink holes, & under water springs. Repair if needed. Add gravel & stone dust for a base. Grade & compact with vibratory rollers. Then pave your driveway or parking lot with 2 1/2″ to 3 1/2″ of hot road mix asphalt. All paving is then compacted with vibratory rollers.

Sealcoating Asphalt

We have been paving driveways and sealcoating driveways, asphalt lots, basketball courts, parking lots for both residential and commercial since 1998.

As asphalt pavement primarily fails due to fatigue (losing its oils from weather/age/road salt/surface abrasion, the damage done to pavement increases without protection. 

As years go by, the top layer of asphalt gets stiffer and less flexible.  If the driveway/parking lot  is still structurally sound, a surface treatment (sealcoat), a hardener, (protective coating of coal tar) can prolong the life of the driveway/parking lot at low cost. The tar in the coating will melt/ saturate into asphalt as it drys & starts to harden, it will add/extend pliability, replenishing loss of oil to an extent, creating a hard, durable, long lasting shield over the surface.
